Under the auspices of the ECML, the members of the Forum have agreed to share their know-how and have committed themselves to work together on areas of common interest in the service of language education.

The INGO-Professional Network Forum on language educataion was founded on 7 January, in Graz, Austria, at the European Centre for Modern Languages (ECML) of the Council of Europe. For more information check here

The 2nd Professional Network Forum was held at at the European Centre for Modern Languages on 6th January 2011. As well as updating partners on current activities, there was much debate about burning issues and the future direction of language education. The ECML is at the heart of a drive to change the collective mind set in language education, set out in the Graz Declaration 2010. The call for project proposals 2012 -2015 is part of this initiative and represents an ideal opportunity for ICC members to pursue cutting edge research with the support of a European institution.
