HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRUNDTVIG GRANT
General Information:
Comenius/ Grundtvig funding applies to citizens of EU member countries and other eligible countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, United Kingdom

Step by Step Guide to apply for Comenius/ Grundtvig funding
1. Choose the course and dates and check availability with the representative in your country.
You'll find the training courses validated by the National Agency published in the Comenius - Grundtvig Training Database. For Grundtvig courses organised by the ICC
please fill in:

2. Contact your national Comenius/Grundtvig agency who can answer your questions and provide you with an application form. They are very helpful.

3. Complete the ICC registration form; we will reserve a place on the course for you when we receive it.
4. ICC International Language Network will send you a letter of acceptance for pre-registration and course information. Please email us for the letter of acceptance to make sure you will receive an immediate reply: info@icc-languages.eu
5. Apply for funding by completing the Comenius/Grundtvig application form ( don’t hesitate to ask for assistance if needed), attach our acceptance letter and course information and send it to your national agency. Remember that you need to fill in the application in electronic form and that you need to submit the electronic version and also send a printed copy to your agency which has to be stamped and signed with blue ink.
6. Contact the ICC Head Office as soon as you hear whether funding has been granted and we will confirm your place on the course. There is no cancellation fee if you do not receive funding.
