Public Service Language Centre

Public Service Language Centre is a language school, established by a number of international organizations and the Latvian government. The range of languages encompasses nearly all European languages keeping the training of the Latvian language on the same outstanding level both to the inhabitants of Latvia and diplomatic staff.
Different seminars and conferences organized by the PSLC have been marked by the ICC conference in 2006.
Another initiative which distinguishes the PSLC is the promotion of the design of the first ELP in Latvia together with the Ministry of Education and Science, which led to the copyrights for “The ELP for Adults”.
The participation in a multitude of Leonardo, Socrates and Erasmus projects has helped the PSLC teaching and administrative staff to gain international recognition.
